Keeping The Relationships You Find® Retreat
Keeping The Relationships You Find® Retreat is a 2-day immersive experience for deeper clarity, relational healing, and personal growth.
This live, trauma-informed, neuroscience-backed workshop helps you uncover and understand the unconscious relational patterns shaping your life. Over two days, you’ll reconnect with the lost parts of yourself, clarify what keeps showing up in your connections, and discover how to move toward deeper, more aligned relationships—across friendships, family, work, and romantic life.
Through structured reflection, guided facilitation, community resonance, and a practical workbook, you’ll map your personal blueprint—what shaped it, what’s still serving you, and what no longer fits. You’ll leave with tools and a personalized growth plan you can continue exploring on your own or with a trusted guide such as a coach, pastor, therapist, or counselor.
This is for you if things are going well and you’re ready for more:
You’re seeking more depth in your friendships, romantic relationships, or creative collaborations
You’ve done personal growth work, but want to understand your relational patterns with new clarity
You’re noticing repeat themes in who you attract (and who’s attracted to you) and want to break the cycle
You’re ready to stop overfunctioning in your relationships and start building mutuality
You want to grow in intimacy, self-trust, and connection—even when things are already “fine”
It’s also for you if you’re navigating change, challenge, or uncertainty:
You’re in a major life transition: ending a relationship, moving, becoming a parent, or taking on new responsibility
You’re dating again (or thinking about it) after a breakup or stretch of isolation
You’re struggling to hold onto friendships or connect deeply in new places or seasons
You’re tired of people-pleasing or choosing emotionally unavailable connections
You’re repeating the same relational dynamics and feel stuck or disoriented
Common Transitions This Supports
Dating again after a breakup or pause
Deepening commitment in long-term relationships
Making sense of repeated disconnection in friendships
Reclaiming your voice in family or workplace relationships
Seeking more honest intimacy after self-abandonment or people-pleasing
Building community after a move or major shift
This workshop supports personal transformation in the ways you connect, choose, and repair.
What Happens During the Workshop
Over two days, we guide you through:
Reflective writing and structured group processing
Neuroscience-informed teaching on relational patterns
Exploration of your Imago (your unconscious relational blueprint)
Practices for reclaiming lost parts of yourself
Gentle body-based integrations to support nervous system safety (optional)
You’ll be in community, but your work is your own—this is not group therapy or forced sharing. You’ll have time for personal reflection and tools to make the insights stick.
What You’ll Leave With
A deeper understanding of your relationship blueprint and how it was formed
Clarity around the patterns shaping who you attract (and who’s drawn to you)
A personalized growth plan you can return to in future therapy or coaching
Tools for intimacy, accountability, and discernment
A new lens for how you connect across all areas of life—not just romance
Language for advocating for your needs, boundaries, and relational desires
A written guide you can reference again and again
Access to a private online space for integration and community after the retreat
Many participants bring what they’ve learned into couples counseling, therapy, leadership work, or personal development programs. This is a practical foundation, not a one-time insight.

Your Facilitators
Ateeka Contee, founder of MHC, is a licensed trauma therapist and Imago-certified couples facilitator with decades of experience in relational healing. She is also a Certified Master Safe Conversations® Facilitator, bringing a culturally inclusive approach to helping people connect across differences.
Born and raised in India with a background in yoga, Ayurveda, and Eastern healing traditions, Ateeka’s unique approach integrates somatic therapy, mindfulness, and relationship science to support lasting change. One of her passions is to work in communities of color with a collaborative approach addressing transgenerational trauma, relational science, and integrating nature in her work.
Ateeka is a featured writer for Counseling Today magazine, where she mentions the absence of cultural competencies in the mental health industry.
For over 15 years, India Tizol worked alongside founders, facilitators, and healing professionals to align their work with their values—from brand confusion to strategic clarity, from burnout to resonance.
Her career began inside the world of branding and public image, where she saw how often people were forced to shrink, perform, or edit themselves just to be heard. That dissonance fueled her path into ethical brand strategy, values development, and visibility work that doesn’t require self-abandonment. As a certified Safe Conversations® Leader, she brings that same clarity to purpose-driven offers, messaging, equity-centered design, and transformational client experiences at MHC.
India has been featured in numerous publications and podcasts, including Forbes Magazine, where she talks about building an audience that will sell for you. She specializes in helping people communicate what matters most—while building relationships that last.
