Your Guides in Healing & Connection

At MindFull Healing Collective, we believe healing happens in connection—with ourselves, our partners, and our communities. Our team is made up of dedicated therapists, facilitators, and educators who specialize in relational healing, trauma-informed care, and embodied transformation.

We come from diverse backgrounds—psychotherapy, trauma-informed yoga, relational coaching, leadership development—but we are united by one belief: relationships are at the center of well-being.

Whether you are here for a retreat, workshop, couples session, or professional training, our team is here to provide expertise, compassion, and a safe space for deep, sustainable healing.

India Tizol (she/her)

For over 15 years, India Tizol worked alongside founders, facilitators, and healing professionals to align their work with their values—from brand confusion to strategic clarity, from burnout to resonance.

Her career began inside the world of branding and public image, where she saw how often people were forced to shrink, perform, or edit themselves just to be heard. That dissonance fueled her path into ethical brand strategy, values development, and visibility work that doesn’t require self-abandonment. As a certified Safe Conversations® Leader, she brings that same clarity to purpose-driven offers, messaging, equity-centered design, and transformational client experiences at MHC.

India has been featured in numerous publications and podcasts, including Forbes Magazine, where she talks about building an audience that will sell for you. She specializes in helping people communicate what matters most—while building relationships that last.
