About the Training

How It Works

Held live online via Zoom, the cohort meets weekly in a group setting.
Next Cohort: July 10 - August 21, 2025 Thursdays 3-5 PM ET / 6-8 PM PT

  • Learn the foundational structure for all communication in this work. This session focuses on building safety, deep listening, and relational presence using the Imago Dialogue format. You'll practice mirroring, validation, empathy, and be introduced to the Unilateral Dialogue process.

  • Explore the developmental journey of relationships—including how romantic ideals give way to power struggles and growth. You'll also be guided through the Goodbye Process, a powerful experience for releasing unresolved dynamics from past relationships or old relational patterns.

  • Understand how your early childhood experiences shape your adult relationship patterns. This session includes visualization, writing, and a powerful Parent-Child Dialogue process to begin healing early emotional wounds.

  • Discover the unconscious adaptations you made in childhood and how they show up in adult intimacy. You'll learn how to shift from defensive reactivity to conscious response, and begin reclaiming lost parts of yourself through the Lost Self Dialogue.

  • In this session, you’ll explore the traits you’ve disowned or denied—and why they matter for personal wholeness. Through guided exercises and dialogue, you’ll re-orchestrate limiting messages from your past and practice integrating more authentic expressions of self.

  • Learn how to ask for what you need using the Personal Behavior Change Request Dialogue. You'll also begin shaping your Personal Growth Plan—naming what you’re ready to embody and how to support yourself as you move forward with intention and care.
